On June 5–6, 2025, the Piezo2D project board met at the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia, to discuss the project’s achievements to date.

On the first day, a new member of our consortium – the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia – was formally introduced, having joined us on June 1, 2025. The Director of the Institute gave a presentation on the Institute’s mission, achievements, ongoing projects, and opportunities for establishing new collaborations with its researchers. Following this, the leaders of the research groups shared their results and showcased the measurement and research capabilities of their laboratories.

The second day was dedicated to discussing the project’s ongoing activities. Key persons and representatives of the beneficiary institutions presented research results, publications, and the conferences where these results were shared. They also reviewed completed secondments and discussed those planned for the near future.
