Eastern Europe Ferroelectric Symposium (EEFS), an outreach IEEE conference organized by the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia, to be held on June 1-4, 2026.

Welcome to the Eastern Europe Ferroelectric Symposium (EEFS 2026). We are delighted to bring together researchers, engineers, students, and industry partners from around the world to exchange ideas and present the latest advances in ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and multiferroic materials and devices.

Held in the historic city of Riga, Latvia, the symposium provides a dynamic platform for scientific discussion, collaboration, and networking through plenary lectures, invited talks, and peer-reviewed oral and poster presentations.

The conference is chaired by Dr. Andrei Kholkin, who also coordinates the Piezo2D Marie Skłodowska-Curie Staff Exchange (MSCA SE) project, fostering international collaboration in the field of advanced functional materials.

We warmly invite you to join us, share your research, and connect with the international community working at the forefront of functional materials and emerging technologies.
